Preparation

  1. Preheat the oven at 180° (350°F).
  2. In a casserol put the date puree, water, butter and honey and heat until it boil, let it cool.
  3. In a bowl, put the organic whole wheat bread flour, the cinnamon, nutmeg and the cocoa powder.
  4. Add the Organic quick Oats Flakes and the crushed flax seeds at the mix.
  5. Mix the dried fruit and add them to the flour and flakes mix.
  6. Add the eggs to the date mix.
  7. Mix the dry and the liquid mix until everything come together.
  8. With a rolling pin spread and flatten until a 1.5 to 2 cm thickness on a covert of parchemin paper baking tray.
  9. Put in the oven and cook for 20 to 25 min, when cook, remove from the oven and let cool before cutting.
  10. * For roasting the grains: put them on a baking tray for 7 to 10 min at 180°C (350°F).
