  • Oat flour brings a comforting and rich taste to this recipe and represents a good fiber source. : Farine d’avoine entière biologique
  • For a new taste, you can also use : Farine d’épeautre blanche non blanchie biologique


  • 1/4 cup of Organic Whole Oat Flour
  • 1/2 cup nut butter of choice
  • 1/4 cup of maple syrup
  • 2 tablespoons of cinnamon
  • 1 teaspoon of vanilla


  1. Preheat oven to 350F and mix all ingredients in a large bowl.
  2. Cover a baking tray of parchment paper. Form small dough rings and place on baking tray.
  3. Bake in the oven for 12 minutes and let cool for rings to harden.
