Ingredients
2 cups of
Organic Chickpeas (garbanzo)
1/4 cup of
Organic Whole Spelt Flour
1 white onion in pieces
2 garlic cloves in slices
2 tablespoons of parsley
2 tablespoons of coriander
1 tablespoon of tahini
1 tablespoon of lemon juice
1 teaspoon of ground cumin
salt and pepper to your liking
Preparation
Cook and drain chickpeas.
In a food processor, mix the ingredients till the texture is smooth.
Transfer the mix in a bowl.
Make 8 patties with your hands.
In a large non stick pan, grill the patties at medium heat for 10 minutes on each side.
