In a bowl, combine the oatmeal with the coconut, the puffed rice cereals, the chia seeds and the cinnamon.
In a saucepan, bring the corn syrup to boil with the coconut oil, honey and vanilla.
Pour the syrup mixture into the bowl and stir.
Line a 20 cm (8 in) square baking pan with parchment paper and spread out the mixture. Equalize the surface by pressing. Sprinkle with mini chocolate chips and squeeze lightly.
Cover the dish with plastic wrap. Refrigerate from 4 to 5 hours.
Remove from the pan and cut into 16 bars. These bars are kept cool.
