This delicious and really easy to do apple pie is great, combining pie, sugar cream and crumble in one dessert. : Organic All Purpose Unbleached White Flour

Ingredients

2 1/4 cups of Organic All Purpose Unbleached White Flour

1 1/3 cups of Organic Golden Cane Sugar
-
1/2 cup of Organic Whole Oat Flour
-
3/4 cup of Organic Quick Oat Flakes
-
1/3 cup really cold water
-
1 teaspoon vegetable oil
-
1 egg
-
6 cut apples
-
1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
-
1/2 gelatin packet
-
2/3 cup milk
-
7 tablespoons butter
The recipe
For the dough, in a large bowl, combine 2 cups all purpose and 2 tbsp of sugar, add the egg, water and oil. Mix until it creates a ball. Place the ball on a floured surface. Spread it out with a rolling pin and place it on a pie plate.
Brown the apple in an adhesive pan, add 2 tbsp of sugar and the cinnamon. Sauté for a few minutes until the apples start to soften. Remove from fire, sprinkle the gelatin. Let cool. Place the apple mixture in a colander to remove the excess liquid.
In a pot, mix 3/4 cups of sugar and 3 tbsp of all purpose flour. Add milk and 3 tbsp of butter. Cook over medium heat, stirring with a wisk. Cook until the mixture thickens.
Mix 4 tbsp of butter and 1/3 cup of sugar, add the oats flakes and the oat flour. Mix until a homogeneous mixture is obtained.
Place the pie shell in a pie plate. Add the sugar and cream mixture to the apple mixture. Place on the pie shell. Add the crust mixture. Press a little with your fingers to fix the crust. Bake 45 minutes at 400°F or until the crust is golden brown.
