Mango Mojito

  • For a new taste, you can also use : Organic Golden Cane Sugar

Ingredients

  • 2-4 tablespoon of Organic Golden Cane Sugar
  • 1/2 Mango
  • sparkling water (approx. 160 ml alcoholic version, 320 ml for a virgin mojito)
  • lime jus from 1 lime
  • 4 oz. of white rum
  • ice cubes or crushed ice
  • some mint leaves

Preparation

  1. Dice the mango flesh and pour into two cocktail glasses. If you are using frozen mango, do not defrost it, cut it with a sharp knife directly and pour the cubes into the glasses.
  2. Add a few whole mint leaves and the sugar.
  3. Crush the mango, mint and sugar with a pestle (if you do not have one use a large wooden spoon) Cover with soda water.
  4. Add lime juice, white rum and ice cubes (optional if using frozen mango). Decorate with straws, lime slices, mint sprigs, as you wish and enjoy fresh!
