Mango Mojito



  • 2-4 tablespoon of Organic Golden Cane Sugar

  • 1/2 Mango

  • sparkling water (approx. 160 ml alcoholic version, 320 ml for a virgin mojito)

  • lime jus from 1 lime

  • 4 oz. of white rum

  • ice cubes or crushed ice

  • some mint leaves

The recipe

  • Dice the mango flesh and pour into two cocktail glasses. If you are using frozen mango, do not defrost it, cut it with a sharp knife directly and pour the cubes into the glasses.

  • Add a few whole mint leaves and the sugar.

  • Crush the mango, mint and sugar with a pestle (if you do not have one use a large wooden spoon) Cover with soda water.

  • Add lime juice, white rum and ice cubes (optional if using frozen mango). Decorate with straws, lime slices, mint sprigs, as you wish and enjoy fresh!
