Ingredients
3/4 cup of
Organic Popcorn
3 tablespoons vegetable oil
11/2 cup maple syrup
1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
1/2 teaspoon salted butter
3 tablespoons vegetable oil
1/2 cup brown sugar
Preparation
Preheat oven to 350°F (180°C)
Pour the oil and corn kernels into a large saucepan. Cover and pop over medium heat while stirring the pan. Set aside.
In another saucepan, heat the maple syrup to 115°C.
Add the butter, brown sugar and vanilla to the syrup and stir.
Pour syrup over popcorn and toss to coat well.
Spread the popcorn on a parchment-lined baking sheet and bake for 10 minutes.
Remove from the oven and let cool. Serve!
