Energizing whole wheat cookies

  • Product used in this recipe: Organic Whole Wheat Pastry Flour
  • To vary this recipe, you can also use the Organic Whole Spelt Flour.

Preparation

  1. Preheat the oven at 350°F (180°C). Line two cookie sheets with parchment paper.
  2. In a bowl, crush the bananas. Add the date puree, apple sauce and vanilla extract. Mix well.
  3. Add the mixture of dry ingredients to the mixture of bananas, dates and apple sauce. Mix everything with a wooden spoon.
  4. Add the chocolate chips and walnuts. Form dough balls and arrange on the cookie sheets.
  5. Bake for 20 to 25 minutes at 350°F (180°C).
