Nectarines Clafoutis

  • Organic Whole Khorasan Flour
  • For a new taste, you can also use : Organic Whole Red Fife Flour



  1. Preheat the oven to 170°C/350°F.
  2. Rinse the nectarines then cut into slices approximately 1 cm thick.
  3. In a bowl, beat the eggs and the organic blond cane sugar.
  4. Butter and flour a pie dish of 24 cm/9 po.
  5. Pour half of the dough, cover with a layer of slices of nectarines.
  6. Pour over the remaining dough and cover again with slices of nectarines without pressing them down.
  7. Bake for 60 minutes, until the top of the clafoutis is golden.
  8. Let cool 15 min before tasting.
