  • For a new taste, you can also use : Organic Red Quinoa

Ingredients

  • 1 cup of Organic White Quinoa
  • 2 tomatoes
  • 2 green onions
  • 1/2 cup of fresh mint
  • 1 cup of fresh parsley
  • The juice of a lemon
  • 1/2 cup of feta cheese
  • Sal and pepper

Preparation

  1. Cook the quinoa according to the cooking instruction on the packaging.
  2. Cut into small pieces the tomatoes, the green onions, the feta and the herbs. Mix with the quinoa, add the lemon juice, salt and pepper to taste.
