Overnight Oats: Peanut butter and cinnamon

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup of Organic Quick Oat Flakes
  • 1/2 cup milk (we suggest vanilla almond milk)
  • 2 teaspoons vanilla greek yogurt
  • 2 teaspoons cinnamon
  • 1 tablespoon cacao powder
  • 1 tablespoon chia seeds
  • 1 tablespoon vanilla
  • 1 tablespoon pur maple syrup
  • 1 tablespoon peanut butter
  • Choice of fruit ( we suggest banana, strawberries, blueberries)

Preparation

  1. In a small bowl, combine oatmeal, milk and yogurt.
  2. Add cinnamon, chia seeds, vanilla and cacao powder.
  3. Mix and refrigerate overnight. Cover well with plastic wrap or in a masson jar.
  4. Serve with the fruits of your choice. We suggest fresh bananas, blueberries and strawberries. Add a spoonful of peanut butter and drizzle with pure maple syrup.
  5. Enjoy!
