1/2 cup (125 ml) milk (we suggest vanilla almond milk)
2 tablespoons (30 ml) vanilla greek yogurt
2 teaspoons (10 ml) cinnamon
1 tablespoon (15 ml) cacao powder
1 tablespoon (15 ml) chia seeds
1 tablespoon (15 ml) vanilla
1 tablespoon (15 ml) maple syrup
1 tablespoon (15 ml) peanut butter
Choice of fruits (we suggest banana, strawberries, blueberries)
Preparation
In a small bowl, combine oatmeal, milk and yogurt.
Add the cinnamon, chia seeds, vanilla and cacao powder.
Mix and refrigerate overnight. Cover well with plastic wrap or transfer in a masson jar.
Serve with the fruits of your choice. We suggest fresh bananas, blueberries and strawberries. Add a spoonful of peanut butter and drizzle with maple syrup.
