Overnight oats: Peanut butter and cinnamon

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup (125 ml) Organic Quick Oat Flakes
  • 1/2 cup (125 ml) milk (we suggest vanilla almond milk)
  • 2 tablespoons (30 ml) vanilla greek yogurt
  • 2 teaspoons (10 ml) cinnamon
  • 1 tablespoon (15 ml) cacao powder
  • 1 tablespoon (15 ml) chia seeds
  • 1 tablespoon (15 ml) vanilla
  • 1 tablespoon (15 ml) maple syrup
  • 1 tablespoon (15 ml) peanut butter
  • Choice of fruits (we suggest banana, strawberries, blueberries)

Preparation

  1. In a small bowl, combine oatmeal, milk and yogurt.
  2. Add the cinnamon, chia seeds, vanilla and cacao powder.
  3. Mix and refrigerate overnight. Cover well with plastic wrap or transfer in a masson jar.
  4. Serve with the fruits of your choice. We suggest fresh bananas, blueberries and strawberries. Add a spoonful of peanut butter and drizzle with maple syrup.
  5. Enjoy!
