Preparation

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (180°C).
  2. Rinse the nectarines then cut into slices of approximately 1 cm thick.
  3. In a bowl, beat the eggs and the organic blond cane sugar.
  4. Grease and flour a pie dish of 9 inches (24 cm).
  5. Pour half of the dough, cover with a layer of slices of nectarines.
  6. Pour over the remaining dough and cover with the remaining slices of nectarines without pressing them down.
  7. Bake for 60 minutes, until the top of the clafoutis is golden.
  8. Let cool for 15 minutes before serving.
