  1. Preheat the oven to 325 ° F (160 ° C).
  2. In a bowl, mix the butter with the sugar.
  3. Add the egg and the vanilla extract.
  4. Stir in flour, baking powder, Khorasan flakes and salt.
  5. On a baking sheet lined with parchment paper, place balls of about 60 ml of dough and flatten slightly.
  6. Cook about 18 to 20 minutes.
