Preparation

  1. Heat the oven to 350°F (180°C).
  2. Mix the dry ingredients.
  3. Mix the oil, eggs, banana puree and vanilla extract.
  4. Add the brown flax seeds and the sunflower seeds to the liquid mixture, and then add the dry ingredients. Mix as little as possible, just enough to moisten the ingredients. Pour into a greased bread pan. Cook for 1 hour. Let it cool before slicing.
