  1. In a bowl, combine all the ingredients with a whisk. Let the mixture rest for 30 minutes.
  2. Cook in a buttered frying pan, pouring about 1/4 cup (60 ml) of batter, and cook for about 3 minutes or until the batter is firm.
  3. Turn the pancakes and cook them for about two minutes.
  4. Repeat with the remaining batter.
