  1. In a bowl, combine all the ingredients with a whisk. Sit for 30 minutes.
  2. Cook in a buttered skillet, pouring about 60 ml (1/4 cup) of batter, and cook for about 3 minutes or until the batter is firm.
  3. Turn the pancakes and cook for about two minutes.
  4. Repeat with the remaining dough.
