  • Prepare the chickpeas according to the package instructions.
  • Let them cool and mash.
  • Lightly grind the flaxseeds and hemp seeds.
  • Thoroughly mix all the ingredients. With hands slightly moistened with water, shape into 6 patties.
  • Cook for 3-4 minutes on each side in a lightly oiled skillet. Serve on hamburger buns with your favorite condiments.
  • Note: For grilling on the BBQ, it's recommended to lightly oil the patties to prevent sticking.
