Apple muffins

  • Organic Whole Red Fife Flour
  • For a new taste, you can also use : Organic Whole Spelt Flour



  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a bowl, mix all the dry ingredients.
  3. In another bowl, beat egg, milk, butter and apples.
  4. In a pre-buttered muffin pan, place the dough and put in the oven.
  5. Bake for about 20 to 25 minutes.
