The position
As a human resources consultant, you will be responsible for implementing the right human resources procedures. Building an action plan to set up the department. As the company is under federal jurisdiction, you will be the contact person for employees.

Your main responsibilities will be as follows:
- Manage the entire employee lifecycle.
- Follow-up on CNESST and Human Resources Canada files and requirements
- Benefits management: Administer benefits and compensation programs.
- Develop and implement training plans, tools and follow-up.
- Improve staffing and retention strategies.
- Manage the entire recruitment process, including job advertisements, interviews, assessments and references.
- Employee relations resource for managers.
