  • Product used in this recipe : Organic Chickpeas (garbanzo)
  • For a new taste, you can also use : Organic Adzuki Beans


  • 2 cups of Organic Chickpeas (garbanzo)
  • 1 cup of tahini (sesame butter)
  • 1 teaspoon of cumin
  • 1 teaspoon of paprika
  • 2 tablespoons of lemon juice
  • 2 tablespoons of olive oil
  • Salt and pepper, to taste


  1. Cook the chickpeas following the instructions on the bag.
  2. Process all ingredients in a food processor until an easy-to-spread mixture is obtained. Add a bit of water if mixture is too thick.
  3. Garnish to taste, and serve with crudités or use as a sandwich filling.
