Making pizza often requires planning a few hours in advance. This recipe uses La Milanaise Tipo “00” pizza flour, so you can make homemade pizza almost instantly.
Preheat the oven to 450°F (230°C). Prepare the pizza dough. In a bowl, combine the flour, sugar, yeast, and salt. Make a well and add the water. Mix with a wooden spoon.
Knead for 5 minutes on a flour-dusted surface. When the dough is perfectly smooth, form a ball, then roll out the dough. Generously brush the pizza pan with oil. Place the dough on the pan.
Prepare the sauce. In a bowl, mix the tomato puree with the pesto, rosemary, dehydrated onion powder, Italian parsley, and crushed garlic clove. Set aside.
Roll the sides of the pizza dough inward to create the crust. Brush the dough with olive oil. Add the sauce, cheese, and toppings of your choice. Bake for 15 minutes.
