Preheat the oven to 350°F (180°C). Using a coffee grinder, grind the flax seeds. In a bowl, mash the bananas. Add the lemon juice, vegetable oil and vegetable drink, and sugar, and mix until well blended.
Mix together the flour, salt, baking powder, baking soda, ground flax seeds, and chocolate chips. Bake for 50 minutes or until a toothpick inserted into the center of the bread comes out clean.
