Preparation

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (180°C).
  2. In a bowl, mix together all of the dry ingredients.
  3. In a separate bowl, beat the egg, milk, butter and apples together.
  4. Add the liquid ingredients to the dry ingredients and mix thoroughly.
  5. Pour the mixture into a buttered muffin tin and put it in the oven.
  6. Bake for 20–25 minutes.
