Ingredients
2 cups of
Organic Sifted Wheat Pastry Flour
227g (1 punnet) of mushrooms
1 tablespoon of oil
1 cup of old cheddar cheese, grated
1/2 cup of melted butter
3 eggs
salt and pepper
2 pinches of nutmeg
Preparation
Preheat the oven to 180 ° C (356 F).
Wash the mushrooms under cold water and wipe gently. Dice mushrooms and sauté them in a little oil with salt and pepper.
In a bowl, break the eggs and whisk them. Add the flour, melted butter, grated cheese and mushrooms. Season with salt and pepper and add the nutmeg.
Butter a bread pan and pour the dough. Bake and cook for 45 minutes (or until the tip of a knife comes out dry).
