The recipe

  • Crush the brown flax seeds in a spice mill or a coffee mill. Preheat the oven at 350°F, line two baking sheets with parchemin paper.

  • In a bowl, combine the flakes, flour, ground flax seeds, baking powder, baking soda and salt. Add he melted margarine, sugar, brown sugar, vanilla and mix.

  • Use a large spoon and place the dough on the baking sheet. Use a fork to make them pretty.

  • Bake for 15-20 min. Let it cold on a grill.
