Nectarines Clafoutis

The recipe

  • Preheat the oven to 170°C/350°F.

  • Rinse the nectarines then cut into slices approximately 1 cm thick.

  • In a bowl, beat the eggs and the organic blond cane sugar.

  • Butter and flour a pie dish of 24 cm/9 po.

  • Pour half of the dough, cover with a layer of slices of nectarines.

  • Pour over the remaining dough and cover again with slices of nectarines without pressing them down.

  • Bake for 60 minutes, until the top of the clafoutis is golden.

  • Let cool 15 min before tasting.
