2 cups of Organic Chickpeas (garbanzo)
1 cup of tahini (sesame butter)
1 teaspoon of cumin
1 teaspoon of paprika
2 tablespoons of lemon juice
2 tablespoons of olive oil
Salt and pepper, to taste
Cook the chickpeas following the instructions on the bag.
Process all ingredients in a food processor until an easy-to-spread mixture is obtained. Add a bit of water if mixture is too thick.
Garnish to taste, and serve with crudités or use as a sandwich filling.
