Ingredients

2 cups of Organic Oat Flakes
-
1/3 cup of Organic Pumpkin Seeds
-
1/3 cup of Organic Brown Flax Seeds
-
1/3 cup of honey
-
½ teaspoon of cinnamon
-
1 cup of dried cranberries
-
1/3 cup of shredded coconut
-
1/3 cup of mini dark chocolate chips
The recipe
With the rack in the middle position, preheat the oven to 300 °F.
In a large bowl, mix together the oat flakes, pumpkin seeds and sunflower seeds. In a coffee grinder, grind the flaxseed and add to the mix. Add in the honey, stir well with a wooden spoon. Slowly add the cinnamon and mix until everything is combined.
Spread the mixture on a baking sheet. Bake 3 times for 10 to 15 minutes. In between every 10 to 15 minutes, remove granolas from the oven and mix well then put them back in the oven. If you don’t mix them, they will burn!
Let cool completely and add the coconut, chocolate and dried fruit.
Enjoy with yogurt, smoothie or simply with some milk.
