1/4 cup of Organic Golden Cane Sugar

1 cup of Organic Brown Flax Seeds

1/4 teaspoon of salt

1/4 cup of oil

2 eggs

2 bananas, pureed

1 teaspoon of vanilla extract
The recipe
Heat the oven to 350 ° F (180 ° C)
Mix the dry ingredients
Mix the oil, the eggs, the banana puree and the vanilla extract.
Add the brown flax seeds and the sunflower seeds to the liquid mixture and then add the dry ingredients. Mix as little as possible, just enough to moisten the ingredients. Pour into a greased bread pan. Cook for 1 hr. Let it cool before slicing.
