Place oven rack in the middle position. Preheat oven to 350°F (180°C).
Place the apples at the bottom of the dish. Sprinkle the lemon juice, the cane sugar, the cinnamon and stir. Set aside.
In a bowl, combine the oats, flour, brown sugar and a pinch of salt. Add the butter and stir to combine.
Cover the apples evenly with the flake mix.
Bake 35 minutes or until golden brown !
