The recipe

  • Preheat the oven to 325°F. Line 2 baking sheet with parchment paper. In a bowl, mix the sugar and the margarine together, then add all the rest of the ingredients. Let the dough rest 30 min in the refrigerator.

  • Roll the dough at a 1 1/2 inch of thikness and with the help of a cookie cutter, cut the dough and put them on the baking sheet.

  • Bake at 325°F for 18-20 minutes or until the edge of the cookies are golden. Let it cold on a grill and enjoy.
