In bowl, pour the water, the oats and the cocoa nibs. Let soak for 4 to 6 hours.
In a blender, pour the mix. Mix to high speed for 2 minutes.
Pour a little bit of the mix in a thin cotton bag above a bowl. Squeeze the bag to extract the liquid from the bag. Keep or discard the content of the bag. Repeat this step with the rest of the mix.
Add the vanilla, maple syrup and the salt and mix well.
Pour the milk in a glass container. Preserve in the refrigerator. Shake well before serving.
