  • 1 teaspoon instant pizza yeast

  • 1 teaspoon salt

  • 1 cup warm water

  • 1/4 cup olive oil

  • 1 cup tomato coulis

  • 2 tablespoons basil pesto

  • 2 teaspoons rosemary

  • 2 tablespoons dried onion powder

  • 1 crushed garlic clove

  • 1 tablespoon italien parsley

The recipe

  • Preheat the oven to 450°F. Prepare the pizza dough. In a bowl, combine the flour, sugar, yeast and salt. Make a well and add the water. Stir with a wooden spoon.

  • Knead for 5 minutes on a floured surface. When the dough is smooth, form a ball and roll the dough. Generously brush the pizza plate with oil. Place the dough on the baking sheet.

  • Prepare the sauce, in a bowl, combine the tomato sauce with the pesto, rosemary, dried onion powder, Italian parsley and the garlic. Set a side.

  • Roll the edges of the pizza dough inwards to create the crust. Brush the dough with olive oil. Add the sauce, cheese and toppings of your choice. Cook for 15 minutes.
