Place the oven grill in the center of the oven. Preheat to 350°F. Place parchment paper on 2 cookie sheets.
In a bowl, mix the flour, the baking soda and the salt. Put aside.
In a bowl, mix with a wooden spoon the melted butter, the brown sugar, the egg yolks and the vanilla until the mixture is smooth.
Using a wooden spoon, incorporate the dry ingredients and the chocolate chips.
Using a spoon, place about 2 tbsp of dough on the cookie sheets while leaving a space of about 5 cm (2 inches) between each cookies. Flatten the dough with your fingers in order to shape the cookie.
Cook in the oven, one cookie sheet at a time for about 11-15 minutes.
Let the cookie cool for a few minutes and repeat the same steps for the second cookie sheet.
