Ingredients
540 milliliter of
Organic Chickpeas (garbanzo)
2 tablespoons of olive oil
1 red pepper, chopped
1 broccoli head cut into florets
3 green onions, chopped
1 tablespoon of chopped ginger
3 tablespoons of soy sauce
3 tablespoons of maple syrup
3 tablespoon of ketchup
1 teaspoon of Sriracha sauce
1 cup of vegetable broth
1 tablespoon of corn starch
2 tablespoons of water
Preparation
In a skillet over high heat, sauté the vegetables, chickpeas and ginger in the oil for 10 minutes.
Add soy sauce, maple syrup, ketchup, sriracha sauce, vegetable broth, mix well, bring to a boil and continue cooking for 5 minutes.
Mix cornstarch and water in a small bowl and stir into the mixture.
Bring to a boil, stirring constantly.
Serve with basmati rice
