Buckwheat smoothie with berries

For a new taste, you can also use : Organic Cream of Barley
Ingredients

1 cup (250 ml) of Organic Cream of Buckwheat
-
1 cup (250 ml) fresh or frozen blueberries, raspberries or strawberries

1 apple cored
-
½ tsp. (2.5 ml) vanilla
-
1 tbsp. (15 ml) honey or maple syrup (to taste)

½ cup (125 ml) milk or other liquid (almond milk, oat milk, coconut water…)
The recipe
Blend all ingredients into a smooth purée. Taste, and adjust sweetness.
Transfer into two bowls.
To finish, top with a few berries and almonds, or a few buckwheat flakes for a bit of added crunch!
