Ingredients

2 cups of Organic Whole Buckwheat Flour

1/4 cup of Organic Whole Wheat Pastry Flour

4 cups of water

Pinch of salt
The recipe
In a bowl, combine all the ingredients with a whisk. Sit for 30 minutes.
Cook in a buttered skillet, pouring about 60 ml (1/4 cup) of batter, and cook for about 3 minutes or until the batter is firm.
Turn the pancakes and cook for about two minutes.
Repeat with the remaining dough.
