Place oven rack in the middle position. Preheat oven to 350°F (180°C). Line an 11” x 8” (28 x 20 cm) pan with parchment paper, allow paper to overlap on both sides.
In a large bowl, mix all ingredients. Spread mixture in pan, and press firmly.
Bake about 30 minutes or until golden.
Let cool. Cut while still in pan, and let cool completely. Store in an airtight container.
