5-ingredients bagels (No Yeast Required!)

Cooking: 40 minutes
Yield: 4 bagels

Notes:

  • Product used in this recipe : Organic All Purpose Unbleached White Flour
  • For a new taste, you can also use : Organic Integral Whole Wheat Bread Flour

Preparation

  1. Preheat oven to 350F.
  2. Line a quarter sheet baking pan with parchment paper or baking silicone mat.
  3. Gather all ingredients in a bowl. (except egg wash)
  4. Mix until dough comes together.
  5. Transfer dough onto a lightly floured surface.
  6. Roll dough around to coat lightly with flour and form a log.
  7. Divide the log into 4 even pieces.
  8. Roll each piece into smaller logs and form into bagels.
  9. Arrange bagels on prepared baking sheet.
  10. Brush bagels with egg wash a sprinkle liberally with a choice of topping (like bagel seasoning, poppy seeds, cinnamon, etc.)
  11. Bake for 40 minutes at 350F.
  12. Cool on a cooling rack.
