1 3/4 cups of Organic All Purpose Unbleached White Flour
2 teaspoons baking powder
1 teaspoon Salt
1 cup plain Greek Yogurt
1 egg white
1 egg (beaten) for egg wash
Preheat oven to 350F.
Line a quarter sheet baking pan with parchment paper or baking silicone mat.
Gather all ingredients in a bowl. (except egg wash)
Mix until dough comes together.
Transfer dough onto a lightly floured surface.
Roll dough around to coat lightly with flour and form a log.
Divide the log into 4 even pieces.
Roll each piece into smaller logs and form into bagels.
Arrange bagels on prepared baking sheet.
Brush bagels with egg wash a sprinkle liberally with a choice of topping (like bagel seasoning, poppy seeds, cinnamon, etc.)
Bake for 40 minutes at 350F.
Cool on a cooling rack.
