Organic White Quinoa

Multiple hundred varieties of quinoa exist and the outer shell of the grain can be transparent or pink, orange, red, purple, or black. White quinoa offers several nutritional benefits.

  • Rinse 1 cup (250 ml) of quinoa thoroughly with cold water. Drain excess water. In a saucepan add the quinoa to 2 cups (500 ml) of water and bring to a boil. Reduce to simmer, cover and cook until all water is absorbed (about 15 minutes).

  • The shelf life for Organic White Quinoa is about 730 days. Store your Organic White Quinoa in a hermetic container in a dark and cool place.
