The organic wheat flakes are made with organic wheat kernels flattened through rollers and flaked. They are a high source of fiber.

  • Available formats : 500g

  • To cook wheat flakes, simmer gently one portion of wheat flakes with two portions of cold water for 12-15 minutes. Let stand about one minute.

  • The shelf life of flakes is about 180 to 270 days. Store your flakes in a hermetic container in a dark and cool place.
