This flour is made from organic spring hard wheat. Bran is removed to obtain a white flour. The Victoria flour is not enriched.
This flour can be used to make : Baguettes, Breads, Cakes, Cookies, Croissants, Muffins, Pancakes, Pasta, Pie crusts and Waffles.
The shelf life of organic unbleached white flour is about 365 to 547 days. Store your flour in a hermetic container in a dark and cool place or in the freezer.
