This flour is made from organic spelt. A part of the bran has been removed so that it is lighter and better adapted to bread-making. It offers maximum flavour. Since spelt flour has a low gluten content, it should be combined with wheat flour.

The shelf life of organic sifted flour is about 270 to 365 days. Store your flour in a hermetic container in a dark and cool place or in the freezer.
