Organic Rye Flakes

The organic rye flakes are made with organic rye kernels flattened through rollers and flaked. You can also add them to your cookies, granola, muffins or bread for a taste of novelty.

  • Available formats : 500g

  • To cook organic rye flakes, simmer 1 portion of the rye flakes gently in 2 portions of cold water for 12-15 minutes. Let stand about one minute.

  • The shelf life of flakes is about 180 to 270 days. Store your flakes in a hermetic container in a dark and cool place.
