Harvest grains

Our popcorn is made from variety of organic corn who have a high popping index. Enjoy it  when it’s pop, nature or with your favorite seasonings. The corn selected to make popcorn is a very high-density cereal with a moisture-resistant shell, which is the same shell that builds internal pressure when the grain is heated until the grain literally explodes. There are other grains (Amaranth and Sorghum among others) that have this ability to burst, but corn is the most impressive. There are 2 major varieties of popcorn, the “butterfly” and the “mushroom”, which are named after the shape of the corn grain when it bursts.  Of these types of maize to burst, the one offert by Milanaise is the butterfly type, also call snowflake, this structure makes it a ”delicatess” that is better eat fresh, it is also the variety you will find in Movie theatre.
