Organic Red Lentils

Use red lentils, also called coral lentils, in casseroles, salads and soups. They can also be added to various prepared dishes.

  • First, wash and sort the lentils. Cover and simmer over low heat for approximately 15-20 minutes or until tender, using 3 parts water per 1 part lentils.
