Organic Hard Wheat Berries

Organic hard wheat berries are made from organic hard red wheat. Cook, they are more chewy than soft wheat berries and are ideal for germination and wheatgrass juice extraction. They can be soaked and then used in baked goods to add texture and flavour. Use them cooked in salad or grain bowl, you can also use them has a side dish.

  • When cooking organic wheat berries, it is best to soak them for 8 hours and then cook them in boiling water for 40 minutes or until tender.
