Organic Short Brown Rice
Short brown rice is a whole rice because it has preserved its outer layer rich in fibers, minerals and vitamins. Its flavor is more pronounced than white rice.

Combine 2 cups (500 ml) of water and 1 cup (250 ml) of short brown rice. Bring to a boil, reduce heat, cover and simmer approximately 45 to 50 min. Remove from heat and let stand about 10 minutes.

The shelf life for Organic Short Brown Rice is about 365 days (12 months). Store your Organic Short Brown Rice in a hermetic container in a dark and cool place.
