Those organic barley flakes are ideal for breakfast, for making granola or to add texture to your muffins or cookies. The organic barley flakes are stabilized by neutralizing the enzymes that stimulate rancidity. They also have a more chewy texture.

  • A organic barley flakes breakfast is cooked by slowly simmering (8-10 min). Put in two parts water for one part of barley flakes.

  • The shelf life of flakes is about 180 to 270 days. Store your organic flakes in a hermetic container in a dark and cool place.
