Organic Adzuki Beans

Small and red, the Organic Adzuki bean are most commonly used in sweet dishes and as bean paste.

  • Soak the adzuki beans approximately 8 hours in water. Bring 2 cups (500 ml) of water and 1 cup (250 ml) of beans to a boil and cook for about 45 minutes or until tender. Add water if necessary.

  • The shelf life of Organic Adzuki Beans is about 730 days.
