The Eat Well Expo and Living Green will present in collaboration with the Milanese milling and Aliments du Québec, the first edition of the Artisan Boulanger Bio. The aim of the competition is to promote and recognize the Artisans who invest their talent and time to perpetuate the art of bread making using natural products. In addition, the Expo visitors will see demonstrations kneading and various seminars dealing bread, grains and flour.
The contest will be held Friday, March 21, 10 to 19hre space Food of Quebec at the convention center in Montreal and is open to the first 10 registrants. Participants must be professional baker to participate.
